Data protection
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018.
AMS Studio hosts and sees no conversation. NyxTalk runs on your server, and the app talks only to that server. Your organisation is the controller of the data on its own server; AMS Studio is not its processor and has no access to it.

AMS STUDIO S.à.r.l., 87, route d'Esch, L-4450 Belvaux, Luxembourg. Point of contact: the manager, at contact@ams-studio.lu. AMS Studio is not required to appoint a data protection officer.

What we don't do
- We don't host, read or receive your conversations, files or calls.
- The app sends no telemetry and contacts no third party.
- This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from a third party.
- We don't sell or rent any data.
Processors and transfers
- HostCitadel, a brand of AMS STUDIO S.à.r.l. — hosting of this site, in the European Union.
- OVH SAS (France) — hosting of our email, as a processor.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — update and download service. Data may be processed outside the European Union; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@ams-studio.lu; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu.
