Licence and sale terms

The full licence and sale terms of NyxTalk are provided with each quotation. The main points are summarised below; to receive them in full, write to contact@ams-studio.lu.

  1. Purpose

    The terms govern the licence to use NyxTalk (server and apps) granted by AMS STUDIO S.à.r.l. to the customer organisation.

  2. Plans, prices and payment

    Plans and prices are set out in the quotation accepted by the customer.

  3. Delivery

    The server package and the apps are delivered electronically; updates are distributed through the customer's own server.

  4. What the licence does not allow

    Reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, resale or sub-licensing, removal of the signatures or of the update verification.

  5. Third-party components

    NyxTalk includes open-source components, each under its own licence, reproduced in the application.

  6. The customer's responsibilities

    The customer is responsible for its server, its backups and the security level it chooses: staying at the Basic level is its own decision.

  7. Data

    AMS Studio hosts no customer data and has no access to the conversations. The customer is the controller of the data on its server.

  8. Liability, termination, applicable law

    Set out in the full terms; Luxembourg law applies.
